What a difference it makes

Welcome to the World of          Qualatex Sparkle
White 5" or 11" balloons with a Sparkle Collar placed inside so
that the entire balloon illuminates.
White or colored Sparkle Collars can be used.
Sparkle Balls
Sparkle Eggs
White 5"  balloons with a Sparkle Collar placed inside.
The white 5" is then placed inside (double stuffed) a 11" clear
balloon.
White or colored Sparkle Collars can be used.
Sparkle Soldiers
11" helium filled latex balloons with a Sparkle Ribbon attached
and weighted with a penny glue dotted to the battery housing.  
The battery compartment will then sit on the floor.
Using 16" balloons you can created a different effect floating 2
Sparkle Ribbons per balloon.
5" latex balloon ball or cluster with one or more Sparkle Collars
clipped into the cluster but NOT placed inside of the 5" balloons
this effect lights up the entire cluster.
Sparkle Buddies
Helium filled 11" balloons with a 260q or 260q attached and
weighted at the bottom.
A Sparkle Collar attached to the neck of the 11" balloon or the
bottom of the 260q or even inserted inside of the 11" balloon.
